About JimIn 1969 Jim and Lina were married. They have three children: Paul, Steve and Mary Jane. Jim has been in the full-time ministry for 38 years and has worked in Chile for 35. Jim graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a BA in education and an emphasis in communication. After teaching in the Seattle public schools, he enrolled and graduated from the International Christian Graduate University School of Theology. Before going to Chile he attended the Mexican Cultural Language Institute. In 1977, he attended the Catholic University in Santiago, Chile where he studied television direction, production, camera, TV broadcasting and lighting. While on furlough, he attended the Bellingham Vocational Technical Institute studying advanced supervision and management and video production for business and education. He also attended Whatcom Community College and Western Washington University where he studied introduction to business, computing, small business management and The Joy of Writing. In 1997, with his son Steve, he started an internet ministry to the world and created intervizion.net . At the moment the web site is the largest Spanish Christian site in the world with millions of hits each month.
He has received a number of honors: In July 2000, he was chosen once
again as a Chilean delegate to the Billy Graham Congress on evangelism,
Amstersdam 2000, in Holland. In 1991, he was chosen as a Chilean
delegate to ICMC International Christian Communications Conference in Sheffield,
England. In 1988-89 he was appointed National director of evangelism for
140 churches in Chile. In 1986, he was chosen as a Chilean delegate to
Billy Graham Congress in Amsterdam, Holland. From 1982-1997 he was the
president of a beach community in El Quisco, Chile. He is the founder and
president of the radio club for English speaking people in Santiago. From
1981-1984 he was the President of the Santiago Missionary club. For four
years he was the National Sunday school director for 130 churches. He has
received two special awards; In 1974, he was given special recognition
by the Chilean government and in 1971, he received the Outstanding Young

About LinaLina is the wife of Jim Thurston. They have three children, Paul, Steve and Mary Jane.
Aside from helping Jim with Studio JTV, she is an active Bible teacher and international conference speaker.
Lina also is actively involved with AGLOW, a world-wide women's movement dedicated to prayer and evangelizing.
She graduated from the University of Santiago and has also received
a post graduate degree from ISUM International.

About PaulPaul is one of the producers at Studio JTV. After graduating from Messiah College with a BA in Radio, TV and Film, he quickly joined the ranks at Studio JTV to infuse human factors into technical videos.
As well as being a producer Paul is the designer, programmer and Webmaster for Studio JTV's World Wide Web site.
Paul is also a film maker, screenwriter, video and film editor and
a graphic designer.
About SteveSteve is one of the former producers at Studio JTV. He produced our most popular video on Satanic Rock Music, Carretera al Infierno. He also does graphic design for video packaging. While doing his university studies in Philadelphia, USA he freelanced as a director, producer and videographer. He is very reliable and creative, with camera work in many flavors. He has extensive hand-held and Steadicam experience in both studio and on-location shooting. Steve worked at the Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia for CBC Sports (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) as a camera operator and video logger.
After graduating from Messiah College with a BA in Radio, TV and Film, he joined the staff of LSAC, a non profit organization that gives the entrance test for all the law schools in the USA and Canada, and is their Web Master. He is also the Web Master for intervizion.net
Mary Jane Thurston

About Mary JaneMary Jane is an occasional music programmer for Studio JTV productions.
Aside from this she attends school and actively surfs the World Wide Web.
Mary Jane has also acted and participated in various video and television
Teresa is from Auburn, Washington and has come to Santiago, Chile as a volunteer in Studio JTV. She is learning about the Web, how the studio is run, and at the same time doing errands here and there for Pastor Jim. At the present time she is involved with her church in Auburn, with Youth Ministries such as His 2 Own, (junior high – high school youth group) and T.A.G. Team (drama team). Her desire is to use her talents for the Lord, and one day have a traveling drama team of her own. “I believe we will reach more people by speaking a language they all understand – real life.” At home in her free time she likes write short stories, or skits, read, and ride horses.
Grace Cuevas Soto

About GraceGrace is one of the volunteers in Studio JTV. Her strong point is visual graphic design and working with children and young people. Her desire is to specialize in graphic design is so she can be a blessing and work for the work of the Lord. At the present time, she is studying graphic design at Saint Tomas University. She is also studying in the University of Chile Computer basics. Grace, along with her many activities, also has a ministry with young people and children. She has gone on mission trips to southern Chile along with the young people of her church. She sees in the children the necessity of them having a relationship with Christ. " It is difficult for children today as they are surrounded and are constantly bombarded by violence and pornography." I want to help change this situation, this is the reason I am studying graphics. I want to move into doing movie cartoons that will give a new perspective on life for this new generation. Grace likes to listen to Hip- Hop, and adoration . She also likes to sing.
Paola Gabina Rodriguez Delucchi
About PaolaPaola is an intern in Studio JTV. One of her strengths is photography. She studies in Centro de Estudios Teológicos, (Center for Theological Studies) and is preparing to be a missionary. She is Peruvian and has lived in Chile nearly 12 years.
Paola loves to listen to music and sing.
He has graduated and is an electrical technician.

Edgardo is an intern in Studio JTV. He is very good at running the equipment and understands very well how to edit. He is also very good with video and photographic images. He likes photography, computers and the internet. He likes to listen to good music.
David Miranda Campos

About DavidDavid started as an intern at Studio JTV. His forte is editing and videography. He studied Television, Screen Direction and Video Production and graduated from PROCOM, in Santiago, in 1991. He spends much of his time editing. He is now one of our freelancers.
Aside from this, David has a ministry with youths.
David enjoys playing the piano, listening to Jazz Fusion music and
loves his country.
Rosa Silva Valdebenito

About RositaRosita, a freelancer at Studio JTV, has much experience with cameras and editing. She has also designed some of the Studio JTV video packaging.
Aside from this, Rosita is studying Business Administration and Economics. Soon she plans to start her own company.
Rosita also loves classical music and plays the French Horn.
